Excuse: Attempt to lessen the blame attaching to (a fault or offense); seek to defend or justify. 

I give you permission to NEVER make an excuse again. Accountability is everything.

If you want to be a true CEO, EVERYTHING that happens on a loan file or escrow is your fault.

EXCUSES ARE THE ACHILLES OF SUCCESS

Let's examine what we make excuses for: 

• I can't adapt or get with social media 
• I can't get organized
• The market is (x)
• Rates are up/down
• Goals are unrealistic
• Leads are weak 
• Couldn't reach them or they aren't ready 
• I'm too busy and overwhelmed
• I'm tired
• Well the person producing has the support I don't 

Everything starts and stops with you, you are the CEO! If you don't like it...find a better way to do it!

 WINNING IS A HEALTHY ATTITUDE 

Solutions: 

Change your mindset to positivity.

Realize if I just quit smoking, quit over- drinking, quit over-eating or other bad habits my psyche will be healthy.
